Friday Morning Hatha Flow
9.30 - 10.30am
A class for beginners and improvers. We flow slowly and with care through various Asanas (physical postures) using the breath as a guide and cultivating a deep inner awareness.We end the class with Pranayama (breathing techniques) and guided relaxation to cleanse the body and mind.
