ADULT CLASSES
I currently have 3 adult classes per week, from Hatha Yoga to Yoga Nidra. I am also running a course in May please see information below. All classes are streamed live via Zoom.
Wednesday Wake Me Up
8am - 9pm
Let's wake up and become energised for the second half of the week with a morning Yoga class. The focus is on the flow of the breath with movement, connecting to your body, your breath and mind. A deep connection to yourself before your day starts. Everybody welcome, beginners to seasoned practitioners.
Friday Morning Hatha
10:15am - 11:30am
A class for beginners and improvers. We flow slowly and with care through various Asanas (physical postures) using the breath as a guide and cultivating a deep inner awareness.
We end the class with Pranayama (breathing techniques) and guided relaxation to cleanse the body and mind.
