'Spring in Your Step' Yoga Course

I have been inspired by the Sun and want to offer you this Yoga course through the month of May. Suitable, if you've always wanted to try Yoga and haven't got round to it, or if you've been practising for a while and need some stability and consistency to get you back on track. I will be guiding an hours practice online 3 mornings a week




8 - 9 am

We will be:

-meditating, learning how to stop and cultivate inner connection

-waking up the body with gentle energy releasing movements

-using asanas (Yoga postures) to connect with our bodies, focused on flowing between postures and building up to some more physically challenging asanas as our bodies get used to the practise

-learning pranayama (breathing exercises) to further cleanse our minds and bodies

-practising conscious deep relaxation to integrate and feel ready to transition into the day

We start on: Monday the 3rd May and finish on Friday 28th May.

How much? Only £40 for 12 classes

There will be a maximum of 8 people so that I can see you all and offer guidance when needed so book ASAP before spots run out.

I am looking forward to guiding you in this consistent practise in May to help you build up the inner resources needed for your body and mind to move into life with fresh energy and clarity.
