Aphrodite Ardani


I'm Aphrodite and welcome to my web page dedicated to holistic and natural living.  A quick overview of who I am. I have been a student of Yoga and natural, holistic living since 2012 when I took a break from my work as a Primary School teacher. I felt very despondent with the way I was living in London and delved into more ethical, sustainable and natural ways to live.

Since 2016, I delved deeper into Yoga philosophy and became certified to teach.
I do so now with full gratitude to all the inspiring individuals who I have learnt from and continue to learn from.
I also teach the Yoga for the Special Child method empowering individuals who have special needs through Yoga.

Fast forward a few years, I was overjoyed when I was introduced to pure, plant essential oils through doTERRA bringing another level of natural living into my awareness.

Now, it fills my heart to share these ancient practices and other holistic ways of living with you.
We seem to live faster and busier lives than ever, and sometimes all we need is some rest and reset in our lives.
Learning these tools supports our bodies and minds so that we can enjoy our lives in deeper more meaningful ways. And if it intrigues you, also in ways that allows a deeper connection to Mother Nature and beyond.

My Yoga Classes

All levels welcome


Friday Morning Hatha Flow

9.30am - 10.30am

A class for beginners and improvers. We flow slowly and with care through various Asanas (physical postures) using the breath as a guide and cultivating a deep inner awareness.

We end the class with Pranayama (breathing techniques) and guided relaxation to cleanse the body and mind.

Private Classes

I offer Yoga classes tailored to what you need. I am trained in teaching children and adults with special needs. In Women’s Yoga through the work of Uma Dinsmore Tuli as well as Hatha Yoga through Sonia Sumar. I use a variety of practises to support every individual.


"I started the Wind Down Yoga sessions as a complete novice, never having attended a single session of Yoga beforehand. I was slightly apprehensive as I had preconceived ideas that I would have to be agile and fit to do it. I was wrong! This is pure relaxation and a wonderful way to help eradicate the stresses of the day. You don’t need any special clothes or equipment ( in fact what Aphrodite doesn’t know as I have my camera off, is I usually do it in my pj’s!!) . Nor do you need to know anything about yoga to be able to enjoy this class. This is seriously good use of a Wednesday evening and would recommend it to anyone, even us (over 50!)"
